Cardamom Tahini Cocoa Bliss Balls

Cardamom Tahini Cocoa Bliss Balls. Perfect as a post-dinner late night indulgent craving or a mid-day treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 C Toasted oat flour
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp dates syrup
  • 1/2 C Tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

For the coating

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Crushed and dried rose petals
  • 1 tbsp Crushed coconut flakes

Instructions 

  • In a pan, toast 1 cup oats on low flame until lightly toasted, for about 5 minutes.
  • Cool and grind to a powder.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and sieved cocoa powder along with the cardamom powder and sea salt.
  • Add the tahini and date syrup (substitute with maple syrup in absence of date syrup) and give it a good mix until well combined.
  • Shape into bite-sized bliss balls and coat them with your desired toppings.
  • Store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
