Cardamom Tahini Cocoa Bliss Balls. Perfect as a post-dinner late night indulgent craving or a mid-day treat.
- 1 C Toasted oat flour
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp dates syrup
- 1/2 C Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
For the coating
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Crushed and dried rose petals
- 1 tbsp Crushed coconut flakes
In a pan, toast 1 cup oats on low flame until lightly toasted, for about 5 minutes.
Cool and grind to a powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and sieved cocoa powder along with the cardamom powder and sea salt.
Add the tahini and date syrup (substitute with maple syrup in absence of date syrup) and give it a good mix until well combined.
Shape into bite-sized bliss balls and coat them with your desired toppings.
Store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
